Way to go Stephen!! Hey, I think it would be cool if you added another section......
HomeBrew of the Month! It should not be overlooked that some of the great beers of the world are never sold by anyone!!

-- Peter Gilbreth

Peter's letter is one of an increasing number that I receive from homebrewers requesting more on their area of interest. The reason that I have not done anything in this field, though, is that I don't personally brew and therefore do not consider myself qualified to address the topic. But then there are all of those requests...

So I leave it with you, dear readers. Let me know whether or not you would like to see more information on homebrewing appear at this site. I'm not sure what I'll do if that is what you want, but I'll figure something out.

Would appreciate anything you have on beer taste testing.
Thanks

-- Al Farrell

Bought "A Taste for Beer" the other day and thoroughly enjoyed it. Please send me any information you have about encouraging people to try beers with flavor. I don't understand why they're so reluctant to experiment. Thanks, and keep up the good work. (What a friggin' job. I wish that I were you.)
-- DAN MORALES

In response to Dan and Al, I'll present a beer tasting primer here next month. (If anyone else has specific areas they wish to be addressed within the pages of SBWoB, let me know and I'll do my best to accommodate.) And thanks for the compliments, Dan, but you still can't have my job!

Nice Site - Will stay in touch with info when my pub opens in October
-- Bill Blocher

Please do, Bill. I gather a lot of brewery info through these pages and am always happy when people let me know what is happening in their region, whether they are involved personally or not.

There is a Canadian triple bock that was listed at 18%. I think it may have come from Copperhead.
-- Jeff Lewno

Jeff has me stuck here, as this is the first time I have heard of a Canadian beer that strong. If anyone has any further info on such a brew, please let me know.
