First Practical Training Seminar on the Zero Emissions Brewery March 25-28, 1998 - Fort Bragg, California, USA This three-day, trade-only conference will explore the practical application of the zero emissions brewery. According to the press release, brewers will learn how to reduce or eliminate brewery emissions while increasing income by growing mushrooms and earthworms.
