Great Canadian Beer Festival

Location: Conference Center, Victoria, BC

Featuring the best of western Canada's breweries, with an emphasis on cask-conditioned ales. Beers are judged before admittance, so the quality is high. This event always sells-out, so get your tickets early or plan now for next years, when sources tell me it will be earlier and in a larger locale.
