A rare opportunity to share classic beers and food with beer writer Michael Jackson and Brewchef Tim Schafer. Selections include a phenomenal menu paired with outstanding beers from Flying Fish, Heavyweight, Ramstein, Climax and Southampton Public House. This will sell out quickly.
Location:Monk's Cafe & Beer Emporium, 264 S. 16th Street
Are you ready for this? A year ago, I conspired with Monk's co-owner Tom Peters and chef Adam Glickman to produce a dinner paired entirely with fruit beers. This year, our focus shifts to chocolate and cheese, both of which will be included in one form or another in every course! And wait until you see the beer list! Reserve early for what's sure to be a sell-out.
