Every day up until the 'Big Day,' beerbistro presents an homage to all things Irish. A different beer, whiskey or beer cocktail will be featured every day, and a special menu of Irish-inspired beer cuisine served to complement it all. Try Starfish Oyster Stout, a true oyster stout being served for the first time beyond the doors of the Starfish Oyster Bed and Grill; sample Stonecut Irish Oat Risotto; and relax with the potent elixir known as the Irish Black & Tan, a blend of stout, ale and Irish whiskey!

F.A.B. Fest
F.A.B. Fest: Food, Arts, Beverages is a celebration of international beers, wines, spirits and food in the heart of Downtown Miami. FAB Fest is home to the largest U.K. cask ale exhibition in the U.S. with 50 real ales from the Small Independent Brewers Association (SIBA) of the U.K. Fully themed tents feature the sights, sounds, smells and tastes of many cultures -- visit Sabor Latino, Taste of the Islands, Carnival Brazil and more. Local restaurateurs will host gourmet food and beverage pairings at special dinners and at the festival lead by "gurus" of the beer, wine and food world. Enjoy chef demonstrations and tastings in the Seminar Pavilion; the Sports Café featuring American craft beers cameos by sports celebrities; a variety of musical artists; and the Soul Lounge, offering beds for lounging, soul music, signature martinis, American craft beers and wine from American winemakers.
