Hi Stephen;
I'm planning a trip to London, Dublin and Brussels at the end of the month. Got most of my beer info from BA and Ratebeer: In London, The Wenlock Arms, Royal Oak, Market Porter, Ye Olde Mitre, Jerusalem, The White Horse and The Bricklayer's Arm are on my list. I’m also anxious to visit Chez Moeder Lambic in Brussels for some unusual bottles and bring back the elusive Westy 12 and blue cap, which I've never tried, from Beer Mania.

Not sure what to do about Dublin other than Guinness but looking forward to the Irish pub experience. Would appreciate any recommendation of pubs, cafes or restaurants in these three centres worth seeking out.

Cheers,
Kent

Nice trip, Kent! You've got London pretty much covered, but allow me to make some suggestions for Brussels and Dublin.

Brussels: Forget Moeder Lambic, which is showing its age and can be somewhat difficult to reach, and head instead to the Poechenelkelder, Bier Circus, and especially, the tour at Cantillon. You can also take the tram easily to Drie Fonteinen, which I'd highly recommend. For food, try La Villette and int' Spinnekoepke.

Dublin: Do not miss The Porter House, the best place to drink in the city – period. Messrs. McGuire is interesting enough, and does some decent food, as well, and The Boxty House on Temple Bar is a must for a meal, and not at all expensive, either. Otherwise, be prepared to drink a lot of Guinness, and watch out for the "Extra Cold" taps – frozen stout is no fun at all.
