WOB Debuts New Fall Food Menu!

We are excited to announce that we have just dropped our newest food menu at your local WOB! The intent of this menu revision is to bring you BOLD flavors with a healthful twist, intended to be enjoyed with your favorite Craft Beer and Cocktails.
We have introduced 2 new wing flavors, Lemon Pepper Dry rub, bursting with citrus and a kick of cracked black pepper, and Mongolian BBQ, a sweet and savory umami sauce with Chinese influence (yep, you’re right, like Mongolian Beer & Broccoli) a seamless blend of Teriyaki & Hoisin flavors. Continuing on with our new shareable Items, we have added:
Thai Chicken Satays, 3 curry marinated chicken thigh satays, grilled to perfection and served atop a quick pickled Cucumber salad alongside a Thai style peanut sauce.
Buffalo Cauliflower, a heaping portion of fresh cauliflower, flash fried and tossed with house-made buffalo ranch, to give it just the right amount of kick to keep you coming back for more, served with celery
Char Grilled Shrimp, 10 boldly marinated shrimp, char grilled and served atop grilled garlic toast and served with house-made remoulade sauce, infused with Cholula Hot Sauce and minced capers. While this is intended to be shared, good luck not eating them all yourself.
We have also introduced an Asian Chicken Salad made with a blend of Nappa cabbage, red cabbage & romaine lettuce, mixed with fresh cilantro, scallions and red bell peppers then tossed with house-made toasted sesame vinaigrette. We finish it off with Mongolian grilled chicken breast, crispy wontons, and toasted sesame seeds. This is the perfect blend of fresh, healthy and savory to please nearly anyone.
To round it all out, we are also launching our newest Fork & Knife item, WOB’s first pasta dish, the Grilled Shrimp Linguine. 7 lightly blackened shrimp served atop a generous portion of Linguine tossed in a mild scampi style sauce and finished with roasted tomatoes, parmesan cheese and parsley.
