Unfortunately, we cannot bring in outside food. But please speak with your local World of Beer – we may be able to accommodate special requests that are not featured on the menu.
Yes, if the beer is available for order and World of Beer has ample time to order and receive the keg. The host is also required to order enough of that beer during the party to cover the cost of the keg(s).
Yes! Although some state laws do not allow children after a certain hour. State and local restrictions apply.
While we would love to see you at our Bar & Kitchen, we can accommodate catering. Some menu items may not be available and WOB employees cannot be present to serve your guests. Alcohol is not permitted as a catering item. Contact your local store for details.
Event Minimum Spend is calculated based on the number of guests and the area and date requested. Minimums are established to cover dedicated needs for the booking, and for WOB to maintain forecasted service volume while offering the committed space. All food and beverages ordered between you and your guests will help contribute to meeting the minimum requirement. Minimum spend does not include tax or gratuity.
In the event that the minimum spend per hour has not been reached, the card filed with the signed contract will be charged for the remaining balance. Cash, Visa, Discover, MC & AMEX accepted.
Depending on the World of Beer location, we can offer you a semi-private to private area for your event. Each location has a unique layout. If your location does not offer a private room, you are able to rent out the entire outside patio to have a private event.
Where allowed, personal decorations must meet local fire department, health department and other government regulations. Nothing may be affixed to the walls of the restaurant. Please discuss any specific decorations in advance with the General Manager for approval.
Deposits are handled on a per location basis. If required, the deposit is due at the time of
booking requests.
