WOB Gives Back – Partnering with Hidden Heros
What’s better than drinking a good beer? Drinking a good beer that supports a great cause!
At World of Beer, we’re always finding ways to connect our love for beer with our love for community. WOB Gives Back, our philanthropic umbrella, has given us the platform to do just that and in turn, has allowed us to raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for deserving charities across the nation since it began in 2019!
How does WOB Give Back work? Each quarter, our WOB Gives Back Advisory Council selects a charity from a list of WOB*Star nominated charities to be featured as the WOB Gives Back partner. When the partnership begins, a featured draft beer is also selected, and a $1 from the sale of every pint is donated to the cause.
What are the details this quarter? From October 1st, 2021, through December 31st, 2021, we’ve partnered with Hidden Heroes, a major campaign for the Elizabeth Dole Foundation, to raise funds for the millions of caretakers for wounded and ill Veterans across America.
