We start with a beautiful piece of Atlantic Salmon, season it with just the right amount of salt & black pepper and grill it to perfection, medium temperature. We then brush the salmon with our house-made IPA glaze (a cooked down blend of IPA beer, hoisin sauce, brown sugar & mustard). We serve it aside steamed broccoli, with garlic butter & whipped red skin mashed potatoes. We recommend pairing this item with a local IPA beer.
