New Menu Additions
Our Corporate Chef, David Belliveau, is always introducing new items to our menu. We cannot wait for you to try all of these new flavorful items!
WOB Bar & Kitchen’s newest items have been added to its current menu and are available all year long. Check out the newest menu additions below:
- Birra Quesadilla: Tender brisket, mozzarella cheese, red onion, cilantro, corn and flour tortilla, and spicy beef consommé.
- Grilled Mac & Cheese Sandwich: Pepper jack mac and cheese, chipotle BBQ sauce, and Texas toast.
- BBQ Smoked Brisket Burger: Angus beef, BBQ beef brisket, applewood smoked bacon, fried onions and brioche bun.
- Triple Chocolate Brownie Tower: Warm GhirardelliTM Dark Chocolate Brownie, vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, and TwixTM pieces.
- Shrimp & Grits: Blakened shrimp cooked with chorizo sausage, onions and peppers, served atop savory cheddar grits.
