WOB Bite of the Month: Mac Bite Burger

What better way to start the New Year than introducing a brand-new burger to our lineup, the Mac Bite Burger! This burger is sure to satisfy your taste buds. We take our 100% fresh, angus beef patty, grill it over open flame, and top it with a massive “puck” of our award-winning fried pepper jack mac & cheese, two crispy slices of Applewood bacon and serve it with Sriracha lime aioli and shredded lettuce on a toasted Brioche bun. Once you bite into that warm and melty mac & cheese mixed with the heat of the sriracha lime aioli you will understand why this item is one you don’t want to miss.

The Mac Bite Burger can truly stand up to most any style of beer out there, but we recommend pairing it with a brown ale. Beer of the Week: B. Nektar New Wave Lemonade. This Mead originates in Michigan and is described as a sweet blueberry and creamy honey followed by notes of blueberry ski and tart lemon.
