Summer is here, and WOB Bar & Kitchen is firing up the flavor in a big way. Starting July 9, 2025, the original craft beer experience is rolling out two exciting, limited-time menu additions that are sure to spice up your summer.
Get ready to sink your teeth into the Tropical Stack Burger, the brainchild of WOB*Star Travis Merrick from the Coconut Creek, Florida location. This burger isn’t just tasty—it’s award-winning. Travis took home the title in the WOB*Star Culinary Contest, an employee-driven competition challenging team members across the country to craft the next big thing in burgers.
Here’s what’s new on the menu:
- Tropical Stack Burger– Fresh and juicy Angus beef patty topped with cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, grilled Mongolian pineapple and fire-roasted red peppers, then drizzled with sriracha aioli and finished with fresh cilantro and sesame seeds. Created by WOB*Star Travis Merrick from the Coconut Creek, Florida location.
- Sweet Chili Wing Sauce– Sweet and tangy chili sauce with a subtle kick—bold flavor with the perfect balance of heat and sweet. Available tossed on traditional bone-in wings or boneless bites.
