Menu Spotlight: Street Tacos
It’s Taco Seasoning at WOB!
At WOB Bar & Kitchen, we know that taco season is just getting started, even after Cinco de Mayo! If you haven’t had our Street Tacos, you need to give them a try. We start with a lightly grilled corn & flour blended tortilla and fill it up with your choice of meat: shredded beef barbacoa, crispy beer brined chicken, blackened Mahi Mahi or beer battered shrimp. We top it off with our house-made roasted corn & tomato salsa, queso fresco, sriracha lime aioli, cilantro and fresh avocado. By the time you finish squeezing the lime over your tacos you will know you’ve made the right choice.
Be sure to pair our Street Tacos with a house margherita, or if you are looking to turn it up even more, upgrade and treat yourself with our Signature Patron Silver Perfect Margherita, a blend of Patron silver tequila, Cointreau, grand manier & fresh lime served on the rocks of course with salt! Beer of the Week: Cigar City Margarita Gose. We’ve taken our German-style Gose, an ancient style of low alcohol beer brewed with salt and given it the Jimmy Buffett treatment by adding orange peel and lime essence to create the perfect warm weather ale.
