Fa la la la Llama

Did you know December 9^th is National Llama Day?! In honor of this special day, on Thursday, December 9^th, anyone who brings a llama* to any of the participating World of Beer locations will receive a Secret Llama Fa La La Llama, Blueberry Wheat Ale or IPA and World of Beer’s signature Bavarian Pretzel for free. Additionally, throughout the day, all guests will also enjoy these locally-brewed Secret Llama beers for just $3 each. Offer valid with the presentation of any llama.

To kick off the festivities, Honey (The Llama) will be joining World of Beer Tampa International on December 9^th. A real Llama?? YES! Honey will be visiting from 11 AM to 1 PM and hails from Horse Power for Kids. Honey will be located on the outside grass area and is happy to take photos with WOB guests!

Secret Llama is World of Beer’s proprietary line of beers. We partner with domestic and international breweries to bring you one-of-a-kind beers. Currently, the core lineup consists of a Blueberry Wheat Ale & IPA (available in select markets). These are brewed locally at Brew Hub in Lakeland, FL. We’ve also collaborated with Brouwerij de Brabandere in Belgium to release a Rose-style Ale, Mango-Pineapple Ale & Sour Grapefruit.

Beer of the Week: Secret Llama Blueberry Wheat Ale. This American-style Wheat Ale is made of Two-Row, Wheat, and a touch of Oats and Honey Malt to provide a slight caramel & toffee foundation which blends perfectly with the hint of citrus character imparted by the Cascade hops. We then added fresh Blueberries, sourced from the Pacific Northwest, to bestow a slight purple hue, while also bringing in tart notes with a whisper of vanilla in the finish. Its one own’s prerogative to share or keep this secret to themselves.
